We spent three cyclone
seasons in Australia sailing
the coast from Carins to Sydney
about 2400 KM in all. A narrow
long map does bot work well so
we've divided the descriptions into
periods with sections covering:
Brisbane, from November 2003 until July
2004; Bundaberg to Sydney from October
2004 to July 2005; Katies Visit, our aborted
trip to Vanuatu and later from Brisbane to
the Whitsundays; after Katie left we
continued on to Townsville for our short
visit to Papua New Guinea; and finally
Carins to Brisbane where we spend the 2005/2006 cyclone season.
